Come for a Weekend, Stay for a Week

So frequently we have guests who book a weekend and later send a message requesting a longer stay. Once you arrive, unpack, crack open a cerveza and relax, you never want to leave.  We believe Diamante 107 is the best little slice of Sandy Beach that can be found.  Las Palomas is the Place To Be.  Come BE relaxed at Diamante 107.  

What's included with your rental? 

Included with your certified Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort rental are daily maid service, pool towels (located at the towel shack at the bottom of our patio stairs), wrist bands that provide you with exclusive access to all of the amenities in all three phases of the resort, and the ease of charging food and beverages directly to your resort credit account. 
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with basic spices, cooking spray, and all the pots, pans, appliances serving dishes and gadgets needed to prepare a delicious meal. If you're staying longer than a couple of days, you may choose to bring along the following items to make for a more comfortable stay: extra trash bags, paper products, dish sponge or rag, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap. The resort will provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, one trash bag, one roll of paper towels, a one ounce bottle of dishwashing liquid, and one dishwasher tablet per stay. Extras are available upon request, however, sometimes it can take awhile for them to restock.   
You will find a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the secondary bedroom, and a full sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. There are extra sheets, blankets and pillows for the full sized sofa bed in the primary bedroom closet. 
All of the TVs in the condo are smart TVs. You'll find a 55" LED TV in the living room, and 43" LED TVs in each of the bedrooms. There is also a Vizio bluetooth sound bar with a wireless subwoofer to rock your favorite tunes! Also included is free fiber optical WiFI internet throughout the resort with your own private WifI at the condo.
On your private 2500 square foot walk out patio you'll find a dining table with 6 chairs, 4 loungers, and a high top table with 4 high top chairs. It's a great place to savor an outdoor meal, sip some sunset cocktails, do some morning yoga, set up a game of corn hole, or for the kids to delight in having the space to ride their scooters, tricycles, etc!
Guest amenity closet includes beach chairs, a variety of pool floats, a Graco Pack n Play, and various toys for the kids to enjoy on the beach. Please keep in mind that these items can vary depending on guest use. 

What to expect on the beach

The action is at Las Palomas.  Luxuriate in a private palapa or grab one of our guest beach chairs to set up a space right by the water.  You'll find beach vendors selling everything from fresh mangos to jewelry to sunglasses and handmade Mexican crafts.  If you're lucky you'll spot the burrito lady, who comes by with fresh homemade burritos and tamales!  

Massages on the beach​

Have you tried the beach massages?  They are truly fantastic!  Enjoy the sound of the ocean as you are pampered by one of the wonderful massage therapists who set up on the beach right in front of the resort.

Just steps away from the condo you'll find the pool bar.  Serving lunch and dinner in addition to wine, beer and a full bar. Happy hour specials offered daily.
